• Participants:

Athletes who are Vietnamese citizens or foreigners, meeting the age, health, and other requirements set by the organizers, are eligible to register for the run.
Athletes are responsible for their personal information during registration and for their health throughout the event.

Ineligible Participants:

Athletes who do not meet the health requirements to run, especially those with a history of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.

Athletes who do not comply with the regulations and schedule set by the organizers will be disqualified without a refund of the registration fee.

Time Limits and Age Requirements:

• 5km: 1 hour 30 minutes – Athletes aged 6 and above.
• 10km: 2 hours – Athletes aged 14 and above.
• 15km: 2 hours 30 minutes – Athletes aged 16 and above.

For the 15km race, athletes are legally responsible for registering according to the organizers’ regulations and any other related requirements, such as using a credit or debit card to pay the registration fee.

In the case of participants who are underage according to the regulations, a legal guardian must sign a consent form and take full responsibility for the safety and any potential risks to the participant.
